You appear to have misunderstood the original author, Stephanie Leguichard. She has denied that biology affects culture at all.

You are describing an infinitely regressive circular system. You have not identified the system’s origin. What is the origin of the biological — cultural system that you are describing?

Also, you have neglected to account for the influence that the physical environment has on culture. This is described by anthropologist Ian Morris in “Why the West Rules — for Now.”
