There are people I don't trust. Some are women; some are men. There are people who have proven their trustworthiness to me. Some are men; some are women. Members of either sex can be trustworthy or not.

My wife and I have been a couple for 30 years. We trust each other implicitly. My former wife cheated. I would be wary of trusting her. I have friends who I trust. Men who prove to be untrustworthy won't be my friends for very long.

A person's sex is not a measure of his or her trustworthiness.
