The title presented itself as a target. If the author did not want it to be a focus of attention he should have used a different title. Anyone who would not anticipate that title being a focus of attention has not spent much time around internet conversations.

If you gratuitously criticize a group of people, then you can expect members of that group to focus their attention on that criticism and to challenge it. To expect otherwise is futile
