“… you are nothing more than a misogynist.”

Nothing more, nothing less. I am who I am.

You might add that, not only am I a “misogynist,” but I am also a toxically masculine, sexist, mansplaining fool. It is all your opinion, and you are entitled to it.

I suppose it means that you and I will never sit down together and have a friendly cup of coffee.

“…relinquish one tiny speck of control over the female gender.”

I’m not sure what kind of “control” you think I have over the “female gender.”

“…after having it explained to you…”

I don’t need to have Feminism explained to me. I have arrived at my understanding of Feminism by observing the activities of actual Feminists, hearing and reading Feminists’ words and observing the actual concrete steps they take to apply those words.

My observations have informed me that Feminism is an ideology that operates as the foundation for a movement whose aim is to advance what its participants consider to be the interests of women.

“You see it as a zero sum game and that any gain that women make means that something has been taken from you…”

If that is how I see it, it’s a surprise to me. Can you find a statement to that effect anywhere in any of my comments?

In her comment, SC listed several gains that women made without taking anything from me:

I acknowledged those gains in my response:

I have no interest in preventing women from making whatever gains they want.

However, I recognize no obligation to conform my conduct, my thoughts, or the content of my conversations to Feminists’ expectations. If Feminists seek to impose coercive or restrictive measures in an effort to force me to conform to their expectations, I will resist.

My view of Feminism is explained (mansplained?) in this comment:

“People like you…”

There are no people like me. I am one of a kind.
