I am sincerely flattered to be held in such esteem; I hope I continue to live up to it. You seem like a pleasant person once I get to know you.

My usual practice when commenting is to avoid expressing ideas that have already been expressed umpteen godzillion times. Why say it again? I find no reason to comment unless I have something to add to the discussion.

I avoid expressing general conclusions about women. Women are not a Borg Collective; they are individuals. Each woman, each person for that matter, is one of a kind.

I've never experienced the challenges and trials that women face, since I am not a woman. But, I am aware of them because women have described their experiences to me. My wife, in particular, had some trying times with many of the men who were in her life before we became a couple. I am aware of other instances where women were mistreated by men. I wrote about one such incident:

I am also aware of instances where men have been mistreated by women. I have observed women whose behavior appeared psychopathic.

I avoid getting into arguments about which of the two sexes experiences the greater challenges and trials in life. That issue will never be settled. Those arguments always seem to degenerate into a Monty Python Argument Clinic:
