No one, neither man nor woman, is monogamous by nature. Monogamy is a choice. The choice to be monogamous involves a lifetime commitment. Not everyone possesses the wisdom to think it through carefully. Maintaining that commitment when adverse, unforeseen circumstances arise requires character.
