āā¦one has to wonder why youāre trying so hard to argue against the point that society has been designedā¦ā
Maybe for the same reason that you are trying so hard to argue in favor of the point? š
Or maybe I just enjoy the conversation. You and I are doing what we, as humans, are predisposed to do; we are interacting.
To be clear, I am neither denying nor affirming that society favors men. That is a matter of perspective ā the grass is always greenerā¦
I am asserting that no one has intentionally designed society. If it favors any particular group, that is not by anyoneās design. It is the outcome of lazy, greedy, fearful people trying to find easier, more profitable, and safer ways to extract resources from their environment. As you have seen, at least one anthropologist appears to agree with me.
My intention is for us to exchange ideas. I canāt very well exchange ideas with someone whose thoughts are the same as mine. That would not be an exchange.
I invite you to pick apart my ideas. I would appreciate it. The soundest and most solid ideas are those that have been forged in the crucible of adversarial debate. If they survive, they come out stronger. If they are weak, to begin with, they perish.
It is understandable if youād rather not or are not enjoying the conversation. In that case, I will move on with my life and consider that our conversation, our exchange of ideas, has come to an end.
