Personally I don't want to be in charge of anything so if somebody else, woman or man, wants to do it that's fine with me.

There are women who have run companies as well as nations so obviously they can do it. I have no say in who runs companies. I have a single vote out of millions in deciding who runs my nation so not much to say about that either.
