Years ago, I was sure that I'd never get married. I couldn't see the point. Now, I am married. My wife and I have been together as a couple for 30 years. I guess my view of marriage changed when I met the right woman.
Finding a person who is suitable to share your life is difficult. It is like searching for a gemstone in a pile of rubble. I had little hope of finding such a woman, but somehow I did.
I don't pay much attention to celebrities; that includes the British royal family. I know as much about them as you know about marriage. The fact that someone is a celebrity has nothing to do with whether he or she is an example of how to live a good life. It is difficult to make wise decisions when one's life has become a public spectacle. An ordinary person is better equipped than a typical celebrity to build a happy marriage.
If what you say about Charles is so, he is devoid of conscience. He is a man of seriously flawed character. There is a long history of members of royalty entering loveless marriages for the sake of forming alliances between kingdoms. Being born into a royal family is no picnic.
I agree about second and third parties, aka "cheating." It will damage the marriage, usually fatally. My former wife cheated on me and left to be with her cheating partner. Their relationship lasted until he cheated on her. Cheaters cheat; that is their way.

I am grateful to my former wife. I would never have cheated or dismantled my family as she did; it's against my principles. I am thankful she did not have the same principles because her actions allowed me to meet my current wife. We are very happy together. If my former wife had the same principles as I did, my current wife and I would never have found each other.
