If a woman accuses me of "mansplaining," I will answer, "Thank you for your chicksplanation." I like the word "chicksplanation" because it is alliterative with its root word (explanation). The "icks" sound in "chicksplanation" is similar to the "ex" sound in "explanation."

An accusation of mansplaining means nothing to me. I just ignore it. On the other hand, if someone says to me, "I feel that you are being condescending towards me," that will get my attention.
