I must respectfully disagree with your answer to example #1. Lying about one's age does not make one a rapist.

What if she never learned that he had lied? Would she have been raped but didn't know? Would she have fond memories of being raped?

I agree with your answer to example #2. However, what about her? She explicitly stated that she was attracted to him when she was only interested in access to his presumed wealth. She lied. Did she rape him?

I sort of agree with your answer to example #3. If they are both rapists, how would the prosecution proceed?
