I know, but it's a great comeback to feminists who ask, "Where are all the good men."
It hasn't gotten me blocked yet.
Wife and I both enjoy visiting historical sights. Half of our vacations are such visits. For the other half we go to the Atlantic Coast. We visited Colonial Williamsburg twice, with a side trip to nearby Virginia Beach - not one of my favorite coastal towns; Ocean City, Maryland is better.
We also have an interest in Native American history, to the extent that it is available. The book 1491 by Charles Mann is one of the better accounts. I'm sure we'd enjoy going to mound sites.
We may never get there. Her recent medical issues make me apprehensive about extensive travel.
We'd probably never go into St. Louis. She was raised in a small hamlet (population 1,820 - 2020 census) about 15 miles from where we live now, which itself is a small town. She is overwhelmed by large cities.
Long After is still undergoing her radical transformation with her new man.
