I am a bit skeptical of that claim.

If what you are saying is true, then it would seem that husbands are not interfering anymore. I am aware of a number of women who are growing vegetables…

What I don’t understand is: What does any of this have to do with the fact that social systems are not intentionally designed by individuals or by any particular factional portion of a population?
