Human individuals are predisposed, as a result of evolutionary forces, to interact with one another. That is human nature.
Through interaction, social structure emerges. The particular form in which the structure emerges is not intentional and does not reflect the will of any individual or any group. There is no conflict between nurture and nature; nurture is nature.
