Feminism is an ideology that operates as the foundation for a movement whose aim is to advance what its participants consider to be the interests of women.
Sometimes, the interests represented by Feminist activists are in conflict with my own best interests. Feminists are doing a highly effective job of advancing what is in their own best interests. Therefore, I chose to focus my efforts towards promoting and advancing what is in my own best interests where my interests conflict with the set of interests promoted by Feminists.
I do not find Feminist ideology to be useful in understanding the structure and dynamics of a functioning society.
