Fraud is a criminal offense that involves intentionally cheating someone out of something that is rightfully theirs. Anyone charged with fraud has a right to be defended by an attorney. Claiming to have won an election is not fraud. Expressing an opinion is not fraud. Lying is not fraud when no one is cheated.
