I have one difference with you. You list some conditions and refer to them as "privileges." I consider that term inaccurate. They are more appropriately termed "entitlements."
I am entitled to not be harassed by police. I am entitled to fair compensation for the value of my labor. I am entitled to competent medical care. Those are things that everyone is entitled to, but some are unfairly denied. They are not privileges.
If they were privileges then they should be taken away from me; then everyone would be equal - equally miserable, but still equal. If they are entitlements, then everyone should be afforded them.
They are entitlements, rather than privileges.
